Pin a Client Communication to the Top in Communications

The alerts section for the patient and client can get cluttered quickly. We need the ability to pin at least1-3 client communications to the top so we don't have to scroll back weeks or months. It would be nice if we could change the background color of the comm box to red if its an urgent communication. We do not use the patients notes section because those notes can be hidden depending on how long it is.
