Appointment Reminders sent to clients

As of right now, Digitail will only send reminders if the appointment is already confirmed. We would like Digitail to send reminders for all appointments, regardless of their pending or approved status, so that way the owner can confirm them on their end and we do not have to do an additional reminder call. Owner's seem to like receiving text reminders for vaccines and medication so it would be nice to have it for everything.
