The chat feature will receive a boost following the implementation of these upgrades:

1. Responsive design for the chat - users will be comfortable using the chat feature on mobile devices.
2. Typing (... ...)indicator - Both pet parents and practice users need to be able to see when each of them is typing a reply.
3. Chat widget on the clinic's website - it will be so much easier for pet parents to get in touch with their favorite doctor via the clinic chat, conveniently placed on the clinic website.
4. The chat window will accommodate multi-user conversations - pet parents can converse will more than one staff at the same time.
5. User will be able to search for specific contacts in the chat window. Two contacts lists will be available: with and without the Digitail app.
