Vet clinics need to see communication history at the patient level.

Also, there is no way to log a phone call communication with the customer. Sometimes vets talk to customers and they want to record conclusions/ notes related to the respective phone call.

Digitail will change this by implementing an aggregated overview of client communication.

    • Users will be able to quickly see all comms history in the patient’s detailed view with useful details like message subject, date, type, status, as well as the user who sent the message.👌

Workarounds that affect “normal” workflows → E.G.: vets open a SOAP to capture a phone call, will be eliminated, as staff will be able to navigate to the client comms view and log a conversation summary.
