Vet clinics need to see communication history at the patient level.
Also, there is no way to log a phone call communication with the customer. Sometimes vets talk to customers and they want to record conclusions/ notes related to the respective phone call.
Digitail will change this by implementing an aggregated overview of client communication.
Workarounds that affect “normal” workflows → E.G.: vets open a SOAP to capture a phone call, will be eliminated, as staff will be able to navigate to the client comms view and log a conversation summary.
