Allow for client communications to be shared in chronological order with the records.
Veterinary care decisions often extend beyond the SOAP exam day, involving back-and-forth communication with clients. Without a clear, chronological log of these interactions, key information may be overlooked, leading to miscommunication or errors in treatment plans. This feature ensures that all team members are aligned on the patient's history and care strategy.
