Digitail's mission is to remove redundant, repetitive work. We believe that It’s important for vets to automate the creation of certain tasks to make sure they do not miss out on actual important work.

Automated tasks can serve as reminders for staff and could lead to an increase in productivity and further down the line, a better client experience for the pet parent.

Vet staff will be able to configure tasks that will automatically populate the calendar when certain events happen:

1. For services: whenever that product or service (surgery, euthanasia etc) is administered in a record or added to an invoice.
2. For products: whenever a product is added to a SOAP
3. For diagnoses: whenever a diagnosis is added to a SOAP's plan section

Automated tasks may have to be related to a client or not, has a staff automatically assigned or not, and predefined notes.
