Undelivered Messages in Communications

We do not get any notification that an email or text has not been delivered. We have had a few instances where we have reached out to clients and not heard back from them for hours, only to discover that the message was never delivered. When we are busy we do not have time to go back into the health card and check the communications for every pet parent that we contact.
